Home remedies for stomach ache


Stomach ache is one of the most painful aches anyone can experience in life. The pain alone can make you feel like you are starring at death.
The stomach can be very sensitive sometimes so you must be extremely careful when it comes to the kind of foods you eat and the kind of drinks you drink.
One of the best ways you can prevent stomach ache is to make sure you understand your stomach, the types of foods that upset it and the ones that are totally no no for it.
I for instance know that when I eat lots of beans, I release a lot of gas( I mean, I fart a lot) so I make sure I am well prepared for it before I eat it.

Here are a few home remedies for any type of stomach ache are experiencing:

 1. Scent leaf.
 Scent leaf is a very good herb for getting rid of any sort of stomach problem.
Crush or gring the scent leaves. Squeeze the juice out of them. Now drink it. You should start feeling fine immediately after taking it.
If you have any sort of sore in the stomach, scent leaves can be your best bet in eliminating that.

2. Salt.
Put a little bit of salt in water. Stir it thoroughly for a few minutes and then drink it.
In a few minutes, you should start feeling a little bit relieved from the pain. The raw form of salt is considered best for this.

 3. Charcoal.
 Charcoal can nutralize any form of dangerous element in the stomach that may be causing unnecessary pain.
Grind the charcoal into a fine powder, mix it with water and drink it.
You can put the powdered charcoal in your mouth and swallow it without mixing it with water.
Some people even mix the charcoal with a little bit of salt before they take it.

 4. Wood ash.
 Drink the mixture of wood ash and water. It should be able to reduce or get rid of your stomach ache.
Note: use ash from a non-poisonous wood. Please avoid poisonous wood ashes.

 5. Orange seed.
 Get an orange seed. Peel the coat off of the seed. Now chew it raw and then swallow it. After swallowing it, keep calm so it can sit to let it really work on the stomach and get rid of the pain.


 6. Red oil.
 In Ghana, any time someone feels a very strong pain in the stomach, he or she is advised to take in red oil.
Red oil neutralises any form of poison in the stomach.
When someone accidentally take in poison in Ghana, the first thing he or she is given is red oil. This should tell you how excellent red oil is in terms of its neutralisation power.

 7.  Ginger.
 Wash the ginger thoroughly, cut them into pieces and make a tea out of it.
Drink this ginger tea without adding any sugar. This really helps in cases of indigestion.
The gingerols and shogaols in ginger are chemicals that are good in relieving stomach pain.

 8.  Lemon juice.
 If the stomach pain is as a result of indigestion, then lemon juice just like ginger tea, can help improve digestion and reduce the pain in the process.
Cut the lemon, squeeze the juice and drink it.

 9.  Mint leaves.
The menthol in mint leaves is very good for getting rid of indigestion. If you know the cause of your stomach pain is indigestion then consume mint leaves. It can be very helpful.
